Pricing What you pay for—and how we set the number.
We work with a small number of concurrent implementations. Batchtab is billed as a written software license for the modules you activate, plus a scoped rollout—configuration, data movement, training. The run-rate is flat (not per seat) and indexed to gross profit bands you negotiate up front—similar to separating a build phase from a steady-state operating fee.
No public rate card: your quote reflects module depth, migration risk, and reported economics. After scoping, you receive a confidential proposal—not a shopping cart.
Plain language
The model in five steps
One pass to understand the whole: rollout + license, flat run-rate, gross-profit bands, calendar reviews. Details are fixed before signature.
Two chapters: build, then run.
Most agreements separate the work to go live from the steady-state fee. Rollout covers configuration, migration, training, and cutover. Run-rate is the recurring license for the term—product access for activated modules, EU hosting, and support within the SLA. Both are fixed in writing before you commit.
Ongoing fee: flat, not per seat.
Warehouse, fleet, and office staff use the same pricing model. We do not bill by named user—scale headcount without opening a license spreadsheet.
Calibration signal: gross profit, not vanity metrics.
Per-seat pricing punishes hiring; revenue-only pricing ignores margin structure. We anchor the run-rate to annual profit contribution (gross profit) with agreed bands, so mixed-margin operators are not penalized for how revenue is composed.
Bands move on a calendar—you are not nickeled between reviews.
When your economics land in the next band, the fee updates under the contract you already signed. That rhythm is defined up front; it is not surprise billing month to month.
Where the euros live.
Exact amounts, cutoffs for bands, and rollout line items differ by account. They belong in a private proposal after we know module mix and go-live risk—not in a public grid anyone can screenshot.
Scoped before you sign
Migration scope, training, and what is included in the term are explicit in the offer. The figures you agree to hold for the contract period unless the contract’s review rules trigger a step.
Unlimited users
One login model for the whole operation. No seat SKUs, no “add five warehouse accounts” upsell on the invoice.
Private proposal
We work with a limited set of teams running real volume. After scoping, you receive a written offer that replaces anything marketing says.
What we optimize for
Alignment: a fee that scales with retained operating profit, not tricks that extract rent from frontline hiring.

Contract shape
Terms aligned with your books
The recurring line tracks economics you report on the agreed cadence; users stay unlimited; the contract defines when the fee may step—so finance can model the year without guessing at seat SKUs.
Gross-profit link
Reviewed on a calendar rhythm. Bands adjust when your economics move—no surprise mid-cycle invoices.
Unlimited users
Floor, fleet, and back office share one login model—scale people without a license spreadsheet.
Year-locked offer
Rollout and training scoped before you sign—then agreed figures hold for the term under the review rules.
