Signing in
Sign in with an emailed code
Enter your work email address. Batchtab emails you an eight-digit code that is valid for 15 minutes. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you used the address your organization registered for you.
Sign in with a password
A password is optional. Once you have set one in your Batchtab profile, you can sign in with your email address and that password instead of a code. If you forget it, sign in with an emailed code and set a new password in your profile.
No account yet
Batchtab accounts are created by your organization. There is no public sign-up. Ask your organization's Batchtab administrator to add you.
The iOS app
Requirements
The Batchtab app runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later and needs an internet connection. It signs in with the same email address you use on the web.
Camera, location, and microphone
The app asks for the camera to scan codes and take work photos, for your location only while the check-in panel is open, and for the microphone only while you hold the record button for voice receiving. You can change these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Your account and data
Leaving an organization
Your organization's administrator manages your access and can remove it.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Email support@batchtab.com from the address you sign in with. The Privacy Policy explains which data Batchtab processes and your rights.
